Experienced Full Time and Part Time Chefs Required
Candidates are preferred to have, but not required, the following:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Team Leading experience.
- Good all round knowledge.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to act on initiative.
- Must be flexible to work different shifts as required by business needs. Â

Experienced Bar Staff Required
We are looking for new bar staff members to work in the Crypt/Brasserie and on our functions.
We are looking for staff with experience and who are available to work nights and evenings.
Training will be provided.
Their main roles will be:
- To serve customers food and drinkÂ
- To meet and greet guests on arrival
- To work alongside the food and beverage manager and brasserie supervisors
- To provide exceptional service at all times
Staff will be expected to complete their online training within the three month trial period.Â

Experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor Required
Candidates must have experience and be able to work to the following job roles:
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the running of The Brasserie and The Crypt
- Help with staff training
- Work the breakfast shifts, evenings and weekends when required
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to act on initiative.
- Assist the General Manager, Events Manager and the Duty Manager whilst on shift
- Uphold the standards that are required to adhere to food and hygiene ratings

Part Time Night Manager - 2 Nights
We are currently looking for a Part time Night Manager for 2 nights per week (Monday and Tuesday) for our city centre hotel. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Salary will be discussed during interviews.
