The Brasserie
The Brasserie was the first part of our journey in transforming the Royal Kings Arms hotel. Now established as a local favourite, the Brasserie has not only received OpenTable’s Diner’s Choice Award, but was recently nominated in the Northern Design Awards.
Offering a very special dining experience our chef has brought together the finest locally-sourced ingredients with the best of international cuisine and created mouth-watering menus that cater for all tastes. Delicious Lancashire steak, glorious salads, Sunday Roasts, tasty vegetarian risottos and vegan specialities are lovingly prepared and beautifully presented.

Excellent service, an opportunity to people watch and delicious food. We dined as a couple but will return with friends, thanks Brasserie staff for making us feel welcome. "Dine at dusk" and "Brunch with bubbles" are both enticing offers from the team at The Royal Kings Arms Hotel. The English Sauvignon Blanc wine has a terrific bouquet, all apples and summer afternoons.
